Oozing grandeur, and other odd descriptors

"85 immaculately appointed rooms are shuffled between "Standard, Deluxe and London Suite" categories. Every room flaunts style to the hilt and includes luxuriously furnished designer interiors with spine friendly beds to sink into after a hard day's work. Every inch of the hotel oozes grandeur that is complimented by service levels of the highest order and fit for a tycoon."

I think this description of the hotel where I'm supposed to stay on my business trip is meant to inspire confidence, but somehow it's having the opposite effect.  Like a girl who wears too much makeup to her first school dance.
